A local roofing desk for Volusia County homeowners — not a national franchise.
Homeowners in New Smyrna Beach and the rest of coastal Volusia County do not need another thin “best roofer near me” page. They need a place to describe a leak, a missing shingle, or a storm-season scare — and a person who actually reads it.
That is this site. You fill out the form. Every complete request is emailed to Matteo at micheletti.matteo@gmail.com. The subject line is [nsbroofer] New roof check request. From there we follow up, ask the missing questions, and schedule an on-site look when the roof needs one.
We do not take payment here. There is no checkout, no financing widget, and no invented license number on this page. If a public phone line is added later, it will appear in the header. Until then, the form is the front door.
What we will and will not do
- Read every request that is not obvious spam.
- Say if a job is out of scope (high-rise association, far inland).
- Document condition in writing when we visit.
- Not file or negotiate an insurance claim for you.
- Not pressure-wash a shingle field to “make it look new.”
